With a maximum licensed capacity of just six children, V’s Angels can provide a more personal setting where each child is easier to know as an individual—their routines, temperament, preferences, strengths, and changing needs.
Children also benefit from greater continuity and familiarity. Instead of moving through different classrooms and caregivers, they can spend their days with the same familiar caregiver in the same consistent environment. That stability can make daily routines more comfortable and allows the caregiver’s knowledge of each child to build over time.
For parents, a small-group setting also creates a more direct relationship with the person providing the care. The caregiver you speak with is the person who spent the day with your child and can personally discuss meals, naps, activities, behavior, accomplishments, concerns, and anything else that happened during the day.
Experience and Training That Stay With Your Child
More than 16 years of licensed child care means years of practical experience supported by extensive professional education and continuing training. Over that time, V’s Angels has completed training in child development, early learning, health and safety, nutrition, positive guidance and behavior, supervision, CPR and First Aid, and other areas involved in caring for young children.
That professional development has included CDA training and coursework completed through college-level study, as well as years of additional child-care education. Today, her Florida DCF training record includes a Child Care Staff Credential, a state-recognized credential used to verify advanced education and experience in providing developmentally appropriate child care.
At V’s Angels, that accumulated knowledge and experience remain with the same caregiver. The person who has spent years training, learning, and caring for children is the same person who works with your child each day and communicates directly with you about your child’s care.
